Company
A small company built around individual expertise
Kasai Ltd has been operating since 2017 from Bulgaria. We are not an agency with a database — we work with consultants we know personally and have usually worked alongside.
The company was founded in 2017 to do one thing well: put experienced consultants into enterprise programmes where a specific skill is missing. Since then between 2 and 52 specialists have been engaged through Kasai at any one time, depending on what our partners were delivering.
That range is deliberate. We scale to the work rather than carrying a bench that has to be sold, which is why we can say no to a request that does not fit instead of filling it with whoever is free.
Our consultants work in English, in the European time zone, and under the partner's own delivery process. On the paperwork side there is a single Bulgarian legal entity — Kasai Ltd — and personal data is handled under GDPR-compliant processes.
For consultants
We are not running an open recruitment campaign at the moment. We do, however, always talk to consultants who have proven themselves in their field — IAM, Citrix, QA automation, data, BI, AI, analysis or delivery. Send a CV and a note about the work you want, and we will keep it on file for the next assignment that fits.
