Partnership

We work through partners, not around them

Our clients are consultancies, integrators and vendors who have won the work and need the right people to deliver it. We stay in the background and make them look good.

Ways to engage

Individual specialists

One consultant joins your team, reports into your delivery lead and works to your process. The usual answer when a named skill is missing from a staffed programme.

Assembled teams

A group put together around a scope — typically a lead plus engineers and a QA function — with Kasai handling selection, continuity and replacement.

Consulting assignments

A bounded piece of expert work: an assessment, a design, a framework build or a training programme, delivered against a defined result rather than a headcount.

What a partner gets

Scarce skills

Identity and access management, Citrix and test automation are the roles that hold up a staffing plan. They are the roles we keep closest.

Availability measured in days

We propose people who are free now and can be interviewed this week — or we say so when we cannot.

One European time zone

Bulgaria (EET/EEST) overlaps the full working day in Western Europe and the morning in North America. Consultants work in English.

Enterprise habits

Our people come from regulated, multi-vendor programmes: change control, documentation, steering reports — without needing to be taught why those exist.

Contracting through one entity

Kasai Ltd is the contracting party and your single point of accountability, whoever is on the assignment.

Discretion by default

Your clients are not references for our marketing. Nothing about your engagement appears on this site.

What we need from you

Three things make the first exchange fast: the role and seniority, the start date and expected duration, and whether the work is on site, hybrid or remote. Rates and contract terms we agree per engagement — there is no price list, because there is no standard assignment.
