What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, work email address and the content of your message. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and this site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this domain, so visiting the site does not disclose your IP address to a third-party font provider.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to pursue a business relationship. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who sees it
Enquiries reach our company mailbox and are read by the people at Kasai Ltd who handle partner requests. We use an email service provider to receive and store messages, and a form delivery service to transmit them. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted within 24 months. Correspondence connected to a contract is retained for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form, and you may withdraw consent at any time — write to kasai.ltd.company@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
